    Arisaka Type 2 paratrooper model

    I’m a M1 Garand collector, who happened across a type 2.
    Mum is ground off, bolt does not match serial number on receiver.
    All other numbers are correctly matched.

    Early Underwood stock markings

    Good day.
    I have a question regarding the stock on my 1.37 M Underwood.
    It’s a correct I cut stock, but in the sling well instead of MU, PU, RMC it says MARLIN.
    Any thoughts?
