I have 3558, but no suffex after the number. I note from looking at a few earlyish Maltbys that the engraving or roll stamping position starts off quite alot...

Nice trials T you have there! If you dont mind me asking what's the original scope number stamped into the wrist? I can only see 3 digits partly obscured by the bolt. Its Not 6009 by any chance?

Has the action body been re-numbered to match the bolt body?? Reason I ask is the maltby roll stamping on this one seems to be in the same spot like the higher serialized 41 dated ones I've noted....

I have a NZ marked 1918 lsa mk111* with no magazine cutoff slot in the receiver, must be a very late one as it's the only lsa I have seen without the slot.

What maker uses F? I have two of them with F stamped on the body and leaf and one very faintly on the adjusting knob. One of them is on my maltby T and has had the underside of the leaf hollowed out...

I was shooting my T out to 550 yards yesterday, after re setting the zero at 100 yards set on 1 it as simple as turning the dial to 5.5 for 550y and I was getting consistent hits on my gong.

Well yes it certainly looks like the NZ purchased ones did, the story is we got a batch of 100 in the 50s. #33 has 33 0f 100 stamped into the wrist.
