Oops...I only have 2 of the M65's, not modified to the rat spec's you mention. I wanted to know you S/N to see how close it came to either of mine.

At this time I believe these D&T'd holes were done by someone along the way. Either way I really don't mind, I've got a really nice rifle to add to my group. It'll add to my collection very nicely....

Thanks guys, as for the front sight I know it's a little short. The plan is to replace it. The butt plate does not have the trap in it. The serial # is 11344. If you go up to the original post there...
