Hi,here are a few pics of my trials T.
It looks like it still has the original cuttoff as the metal finish looks the same.
Mk1 scope dosen't match
Badger you were lucky!
cheers,Eric
Congratulations ...
I remember this one from the CGN discussion about it ...
The SMLE No 1 Mk V & Mk V1 along with the No.4 Mk1 "Trials Rifle" all used a stamped sheet metal cut-off, as opposed to the forged ones on the earlier rifles. You can tell the difference by looking at the round part that forms the grip. The early style is solid with a hole drilled in it, while the sheet metal unit has a gap where it was rolled over to form the round part.

Hi,Just picked up an enfield enforcer.
I decided to buy myself a christmas present this year. Well, I do that every year, and its always a rifle. Pistols is a birthday thing.
As some of you know I have a crush on G3's. I have also been looking for a good non-restricted .223 that I can use for service rifle competitions at my range (homestead).
So I bought my first non-milsurp rifle, ever. Looks rather strange next to the g43's and k98k;s and svt40 etc etc. But it will prove a good range gun.
And to make this a milsurp theme, I also bought a g43 magazine pouch. Nothing special.![]()
Very nice ....
Service rifle competitions can be a lot of fun, especially when mixed with 3 gun matches. ~Angel~ and I have AR's and Bushmasters we use for these matches.

Badger
