OT-Help Identify Stripper Clips
These are 2 and 3/8 inches long and a little over 1/2 inch wide. Inside it is stamped "MBO 1966". Can you help identify what weapon it was originally for? THANKS

Thanks JBS. So these would be used for the M14 or M1A? Any other weapons?

They are NATO standard 7.62 mm NATO stripper clips. They can be used by any NATO country but not all NATO contries had equipment to make them usefull.

In 1966 Austrailia was using the FN rifle called the SLR (self loading rifle) among other things. These will work in M14s but not perfectly. They are for the FN.
