1500 books? Lightweight. I've reached the point that I can look at one of my bookshelves and see a book for the "1st" time again. I average about 5 new books a week. I live too close to used book sellers that sell hardbacks for $2 and paperbacks for $1. I have begun to show restraint lately as I am running out of places to put them. The stacked piles are growing.

I seldom ever go past a bookshop when we tour 1 suitcase is pretty empty the other the wifes contains the clothes etc so I can scrounge in those forgotten towns that always seem to have a 2nd hand shop where you find stuff and the net. I did scrounge The Last Wolf By Cox for $100/AU a while ago I cannot believe the asking price some are Wishing (sic). I have always loved books as what satisfaction does one gain when the battery dies or you get that electrical smell when the screen disappears?????
Same here A243 stacks on stacks and sealed styrofoam boxes in the shed with napthalene but I hope to get through them when I retire.......!
