First I would like to thank everyone for the support I have received for my book, I did not think it would be as popular as it turned out.

With the first printing sold out and a waitlist started I ordered a second 100 books for those who wished a copy and had to wait. I have hopefully contacted everyone on the waitlist and filled their request. If anyone else is interested in getting a copy please let me know. They are still $80 plus shipping, in the US $5 via media mail, $12 for priority mail envelope and $17 for priority box. International rates vary on location.
