    I do not know Bill, my friend in NJ has one of the first port covers with the detent spring exposed (like some of the AR-10 port covers ) Robert

    Are they all slab-side lowers? I see where three are but can't tell on the others. Nice work and thanks for posting. This might have made one of your great quizzes! Not like I would have got it right

    The lowers are early Colt SP1 in the three and four digit serial number range
