And it's a fine thing, except when making jokes out of the wrong things leads to a grave situation.

Newsom commutes prison sentences, including for murder

this merely proves California has been growing nuts since day one. Read that list of "safe to release inmates". All responsible for the murder of at least one person. In some cases killing multiple people. In 3 cases, for killing children. 1 killed her 3 children in a house fire.

He'll need to follow the example of Billary's ex-campaign manager Governor who was on his way to pardoning 60,000 felons in WV(?) so they could vote Dumocrat. I believe he got carpal tunnel syndrome or time ran out?

you don't get it, he released what he called low risk inmates.. and I don't think a woman that burned her children in a house fire is low risk.... unless your over the age of what 21?

Oh, I think I do. Releasing criminals en masse is a classic way to create some havoc, it's been done over and over in history.

In this case let's assume they just don't want the liability of having to treat them, or being sued if they can't?

Sheriff Joe's methods would be the healthiest right now: open air camps.
