    Stock Disc

I got this stock disc in a bag of Lee Enfield parts, made of steel with what looks like the Newfoundland Regiment stamping. It has the broad arrow stamped on the back. I have never seen steel discs on a Lee Enfield before and I am wondering if it is genuine, are there more like it, does anyone here have one like it? If so, can you please send or post a pic?

Steel discs were used, I think, on DP arms, ie. downgraded weapons. I have a couple somewhere.....
(Speaking from memory, so someone correct me if I got that wrong).
