    unknown cleaning rod????

    Can anyone identify this rod? Button head is 1/4 inch diameter.

    You should have three photos. One is with a one foot ruler showing the length to be 11 1/2 inches.

    Are you sure that it's a cleaning rod? Could it be something else, for example, a spoke from a wheel?

    Sorry, I missed that!

    A length of 11 1/2 inches is far too long for any revolver or pistol, too short for a carbine.

    I vote for the wheel spoke option !
