    SA / GAW real ?

Picked up this stock at a show to replace one that had worn out after 25 + years of shooting on my H&R Garand shooter . It fit tight and I paid about $50-60 for it. Been on my H&R for about a year and when I cleaned up the rifle from the last outing , I cleaned the stock up good , too .
    Lookie what popped out :

So , are they real or fake. For the price , I don't care . But I do have a SA #3416675 it would go nicely on even if it's at the tail end of proper.

    Thanks , Chris

Very nice but if that just popped out after a cleaning, I hate to see what it looked like before Rick Bicon

I didn't see 'em when I bought it , didn't see 'em the two or three times I've had it out shooting , didn't see 'em when I detailed striped it for a yearly though cleaning. They had to have been hidden or I'd have to admit how bad my eyes have really become.
