    Fast Lane Cinders

    Singapore Nov 2017 Lamborghini Aventador.

    Hi Guys,
Well heres the pics of the ride or drive I had in Singapore hired it for an hour to play on their highway due to my not wishing to have a stack I only took it to 150kph I was not permitted to use the launch control but believe you me it had plenty of poke.
The car is at Marina Bay along with others I wanted the Maclaren but it was not available so took this one instead it was pretty cramped as you can see the seat was as far back as it could go, the ride was as rough as guts but for tractable control and getting there fast it shone.
He opened up the motor to sports so I had the full 700 horse power at my foot I had a couple of take offs but the system kept it all under control otherwise I would have burned the rubber off all 4 tyres.
A little known fact is that Singapore has more Lamborghini owners than Dubai, the Russians hire this car when they are late for check in at the airport which is 20klms away from the Marina Bay, the best time for the 20K’s is 5 minutes on the highway at 250klm+

Oh! By the way the car was worth Singapore $1.6 million their dollar is on par with ours so hence I took it easy in traffic but that exhaust note after he opened it up going through a tunnel was awesome…….
Cars top speed I was told was 350Kph it just kills my bike that gets to @287kph but it only cost me $5K not $1.6 Million!

Hmm, better hope Tadano and Kato don't come up with 'sports' models...

Yes JimF4 they did talk about how much it costs to have a car like that $50K just for the plates which are only good for 10 years then you pay another $50+k for more plates as that is the max age limit on vehicles in Singapore...........then insurance on top of that lot.

BAR I agree next time I may hire a Monster Truck gotta be a better fit than a John West Lambo Sardine Tin!, but I just had to do it to honestly say I have driven a very expensive high powered car.
