I brought it out to shoot today but the entire range was booked, so I shot some pictures instead. The barrel is marked SA 8-31.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Here is mine a 3.11 remington 03. I bought it all correct except a replacement commercial controls bolt. I had an extra 03A3 blued bolt and put that in it for looks. I am still looking for a genuine original and correct remington 03 bolt. I am proud of it no mater what.
