A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Know someone who could use Watson MkI 1423 and HBMCo. 3511

I'd be interested in MKII No.15169

PS: If posters here would put the numbers in bold face it would be easier for quick scanning of the pages.

Hi I have what I think to be one of the 1944 Canadianicon LONG BRANCH No.4 Mk I *'s that were not stamped with the "T" designation, Sn# 71L0xxx . The number by the top of the wrist is "C-307" if it is a legitamate rifle, would that be the the scope number that I would be looking for, for a restoration?

Two No32 scopes no longer with their original rifles:

No32 MkI S/N 7636 formerly belonging to at least two other rifles- you have appropriate rifle S/N, then maybe we work out swap. It works very well and is my first No32 scope, so I'm kinda attached. Might rather swap rifles or something.

No32 MkII S/N 9335- but no bracket comes w/ it! Works fine, its on my most accurate No4(T). Will swap for another MkII scope that is in good working order or a scope number that I'm hunting. (See Rifles Looking for Scopes, please.)
