Is this an IHC trigger guard?

I recently bought this trigger guard and it was advertised as a "NOS" IHC trigger guard. It looks as described, however, it has a round raised spot on the bottom of the bow. I have several known HRA and SA trigger guards and all of them are simply smooth in that area. My question, is that a characteristic of an IHC trigger guard?

How about some side view pictures?

Have a dimple in the middle of the locking lugs and look like copper where the inner lug is assembled? The foreward profile looks right but as stated above side view would help.

I will post adittional photos as soon as I can. I have not seen the raised spot on the bow as pictured and just wondered f anyone else had. There is the copper look on the outside of the inner lug and on the inside of the locking lugs. Also, the inner lug has the dimple in the center of the copper colored end. Thanks for responding, I'll post more photos.

You have an early IHC trigger guard, as evidenced by the circle on the trigger bow, and the lack of "dimples" in the trigger guard locking lugs. This trigger guard would have been found in the 4.40M to (approximately) 4.54M range. Nice catch.

Thanks for the reply and information! I hoped that you would see my post. I have always appreciated you sharing your knowledge on IHC and HRA garands.
