i am working on my $ 110 auction find and after getting a split pin to replace the broken one and i found a brass slot screw to replace the silver phillips head and waiting on my cadet front wood from los vegas i need the fore piece as described

Newbie here. Old enough to have owned some of the more recent milsurp (ie M16). Just now getting back around to them. Just picked up a Troy XM177E2 - figured that was about as close as I'd get to the real deal....

Good day, all. My name is John. I am from south-central PA, north of Harrisburg about 40 minutes, along the Susquehanna River. I have had an interest in military surplus arms most of my life (68 years now) as a result of a few pieces my father brought home from WWII. As a matter of fact, the first firearm I fired was dad's 1911A1. I also enjoy S&W handguns along with about anything interesting to me. I have been directed here as a result of many Internet searches for information, so I thought it wise to join. Thanks for the opportunity to do so.
