A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. . I am a HP Rifle and BE Pistol competitor for over 50 years. Reloader out of necessity for both competition and plinking-jacketed and cast bullets. Modest collector of old military rifles that I shoot also. I also build and race model tether cars (not R/C!) that go upwards of 150mph (see www.amrca.com. Races are at Anderson, IN. I also am a long time builder and flyer of model airplanes

Hi, I'm new to your forum. Not much of a shooter, but my Army vet dad bought a 44 Willys with a scabard on the dash. I thought I'd find him a rifle to put in the scabard and wound up here!

Howdy All:
New member here and new to collecting as well. 2 Mosin Nagant M91/30s and a pretty nice S#4Mk1 so far. I fired both mosins last weekend and therefore will have to give my shoulder about 2 wks off before I fire the Enfield. Looking forward to it though.
