    leg point verification

Is it possible to check with the CMPicon or NRA to determine leg point standings for individual shooters? Who would I contact? Thanks.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Go to the CMPicon Home page, go to Competitions. Scroll down and click on "Current Distinguished Shooters". That brings you to a site where you can enter last name to see if a shooter is Distinguished in any discipline. On that same page, in small red lettering near the top is a link for "Shooters with EIC Points". Click that and you can see what CMP has on record for any shooter by entering the last name. If the paperwork is still in the pipeline, it won't show, but the results from the Eastern Games leg matches showed up in about two weeks. That's pretty close to Instant Gratification!

    Resp'y,
    Bob S.
