    After seeing the second batch of pictures I am more inclined to think the pistol is original. Is the feed ramp finished over (not polished)?

    Yeah I agree, those pics like good to me as well. Take a picture of the feed ramp if you can and post that pic, just you like you took the outside series. That will tell us for sure.

    But yeah that second set of pics, takes away a lot of my doubt.

    The pistol looks original to me and the feed ramp looks finished...which is correct for many pistols in that specific serial range.

    I didnt think the nationally known seller, an old friend would screw me...its a minty Ithaca as he said...but for the grips...who knows, unlike P08's, the correct parts arent numbered.

    One last group..trigger guard...slide stop...look funny?
    Discoloration on TG, like cut/weld? Hole in slidestop, filled in? Or am I seeing too much into it?

    The Ithaca has pretty well been authenticated as original. Why go back and try to un-authenticate it?
