    Mossberg 44US Sight Adjustment

Can anyone let me know how far a click of elevation and windage adjustment will move the bullet ? I'm asking about a rifle with Mossberg sights.

    Thanks in advance.

I am sure they are 1/4" clicks which means at 100 yrds the bullet should shift 1/4" per/click. Now this would mean 1/8" at 50 yrds. I will do more checking on this and post again. As you can see the amount of movement is dependent on the distance. The further away, the greater the move.

    Dave,
Thanks very much. I'll bring the rifle to the range in the next couple of weeks and check the adjustment. Another poster send me a PM with a suggestion on doing the measurement at the range - I appreciate that suggestion as well.

The clicks are holf minute: 1/2" at 100 yards. This target was fired at 50 yards.

I just heard back from Vic, the following is from Moss. instruction sheets.
    #4 site is 1/8 min. so would be 1/8 @ 100, 1/16 @ 50, 1/32 @ 25.
    S-100 & 130- 1/2 min.@ 100 , 1/4 @ 50, 1/8 @ 25. Sorry for the mis-info, I would have checked first but your question was up for couple days with no response.
