    Remington O3 Question Resolved

I received an email from the dealer as well as talked via phone to the dealer. He said there would be no problem giving back the rifle I traded for the Remington.

Thank you all for your suggestions and help especially the member who advised me to contact the dealer to address the issue with him, directly.

Glad it worked out for you. I don't think is any of us who haven't gone through the same thing.

Rick's correct. We've all been there!
There are still lots of good honest dealers/sellers out there. Some honestly don't know what they're selling and they are going by what someone else told them. Best thing to do is just contact them and see what they say.

Very happy it turned out well for you!
