There are only a few reasons someone comes into you house uninvited:

Steal from you.
Kidnap you.
Rape you.
Kill you.

Not to wake you up and tell you that you are late for work.

Whatever it takes inside my house goes. I'll deal with repercussions afterwards.

Ummm, there ARE some good reasons someone could enter your house uninvited:

1. Extinguish a fire.
2. Remove you after a CO buildup has left you unconscious.
3. Rescue you from someone assaulting you.
4. Execute a warrant.

Just some good reasons why some folks protect their families with a perimeter alarm system, NOT a gun.

2. Remove from a CO buildup.... How would they know you were down. Until my bypass sugery I was on the fire team at work. I have CO monitors in my home.
3. Rescue you from someone assaulting you, my point exactly.
4. Execute a warrant. The honest citizen doesn't have warrants out against them.

There is a real constitutional question regarding the "no Knock" warrants. Personally, I don't like the whole idea, no matter who thinks the "war on drugs" is necessary.

I have had one warrant served on me. My soon to be exwife wanted to cause as much trouble as possible so she paid the money to have a warrant served instead of letting me or my lawyer sign for the papers at her lawyers. A very firm but polite uniformed, with ID deputy knocked on my door. Since it was a nice night, I simply signed the paper on the front porch. No uninvited entry.
