    HRA ,it be mine

Just got finished giving the last of my money for a HRA 4-54 made m-1. Gas plug is marked HRA an rest of parts are mix masters. Still have to shoot her, but have to wait untill cattle are out of area. New birth stock an hand guards, old G.I. issue reparked parts. Still have too get Issue cleaning kit an rest of TA-50 gear for it. Have seen that Sarco an Gun parts have a few good deals going on now. After I get her shot, I will post how she does at the 100 thru 1000 yard targets, but first must get a spotting scope an a big 12x12 barn too shoot at. As a side note, there is a returned major from the sand pit, 18 yrs in who has never shot a M-1 in his life. He was only taught on the lil ole 22 long rifle. Army muststanger thou he be, it will be my honor an enlisted priviliage to introduce him to M-1 thumb ( heeheehee ). Best of luck too all an stay cool. respectfully mike.

Hey, where is the picture of your rifle? Anyways, I have a 5.5 million receiver HRA that I picked up from the CMPicon south store last year. Most parts on this rifle were HRA except for the operating rod and stock. Those have since been replaced and is now a correct HRA.
