My Range

This range used to be a racetrack in the 1970s. Going from the firing line to the 300 yd line is slightly uphill. Somewhere around the 300 yd line is where the grandstand and paved part of the track used to be. They raced VW bugs in different engine classes back then. A 1/4 mile paved track and (I think) a 1/4 mile dirt track complete with water, a jump and a nasty hairpin.

The black arrows indicate where the gongs are located. If you just want to practice without putting up targets, do what the song said and "Bang a Gong".

Great looking range! Where abouts is it?

It's my "southern" range, a place I go when visiting relatives down south. It is the Twin City Rifle Club, located between Stratford and Kitchener, Ontario.
