    '03A3 Peep sight insert

Does anyone make an insert for the '03A3, or M1icon carbine, peep sight that gives you a smaller apeture? Seems like it would make a nice easily reversable accuracy enhancement.

I once made one of sheet brass (painted dull black).
It merely clipped over the original aperature . . . . had a small hole on the rear side and MUCH larger notch on the front side. --Jim

I filled mine with Devcon putty and re-drilled for .032. Worked for me.
Not legal for as issued matches though.
I carry a spare unmodified sight for dark days. .032 can get fuzzy on cloudy days.
