    Unmarked RMC trigger?

I just opened up a in the wrap RMC trigger.
    It is blued.
    Question is,
Has anyone ever seen a RMC trigger from the wrap unmarked?

Charlie, just want to say thanks for sharing a 65 year old original with us. May not be exciting to others, but I sure do appreciate the sacrifice.

I am a bit surprised by the rough finish of the mill marks.

Charlie, I feel like I let you down, sorry about that. The rough milling indicates the tooling was at it's end of it's life or problem with the machine. Which allso maybe why it is not marked. Maybe Brian will chime in. I opened mine, blued marked Rock-ola. If you want it, let me know.

I'm returning it. The cut on top for the trigger spring is milled at quite an angle ( see last picture ). Not sure if it would affect the function, but I'm not taking any chances after this much work.

Question; could that be a late war replacement or is someone going through the trouble of forging the original packageing?

Another bought by ScottR was posted above as blued and marked Rock-Ola. I doubt it is fake package, I have seen a lot that are just the same.
Maybe just a crappy trigger that got past inspection.
It looks like it does have a punch mark.

As Jim said, I have no doubt they are original, package and trigger. Only a guess what happen to the trigger that Charlie got.

It was sorta like having that anxious feeling just before opening a Christmas present as a kid. Hands and fingers trembling just a little........then....WHAM finding you got another t shirt ;-(

Do you think this is anything I should report to Marty at the CC?
I don't know. I've only had the chance to open half a dozen in the wrap parts.

I ordered another and returned this one this morning, hoping to get an exchange.
