7CR licnese form - bloody government forms...

I have a question about completing the 7CR (curio and relic) license form, and I was wondering if anyone can help or knows of a website with relevant information. Section 14 (applicatant certification) looks like it was written for business purposes/FFLs, but I am licensing as an non-business/individual, so what should I do with that section? Ignore or fill in to my best ability?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. If no one gets back to you today I'll look up my application and give you an answer tomorrow. The problem is that we used to be able to access the form online but BATF stopped that and now it has to be ordered from them.

    ...

Your "activity" is COLLECTING, and you are a COLLECTOR. Remember that when filling out the form, and where it say Applicant position or some such, you are COLLECTOR, not owner, President, etc.
Don't forget the statement form that you are a US citizen. As I recall, no proof is required, just your statement. I guess if you lie, they can nail you harder.

Limpetmine is correct about the Collector information. I tried to find my copy of my original application but its been 12 years and apparently has been misplaced in a move. I did find a copy of a recent ATF form 8 renewal application and it seems that ATF uses the same form for dealers, gunsmiths, pawnbroker, C&R, manufacturers, etc...."form reduction" I guess. They do add check boxes on certain questions if you are C&R.
