    Stevens 620 riot question

Hello all. I recently acquired a Stevens 620 riot gun. I have done what research I can on it and have learned as much as I can from my Bruce Canfield books but I was hoping some of you could help me with additional information. I was looking for production dates. The serial number is 215**. From what I understand it is a WWII production (it has all of the appropriate martial markings) but I was hoping to find more specific information like exact month and year of production. Does anyone know if there is a data base for Stevens firearms similar to the one Remington has where production dates can be searched by serial number? Any information anyone can provide on these shotguns would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to the world of Stevens and have much to learn. Thank you all!
