    Mauser 1871/84

I recently bought a Mauser 1871/84 in excellant condition except that one of the former owners cut down the forestock. I am looking for a complete stock, an ammo tube, and a front band. Any suggestions?

Sorry to be negative, but the chances of finding the stock are small. Like my advice to the guy with a Kar98a, I think your best bet is to look for a wall-hange that you can plunder.

Walter-Reilly Restorations will make you a new stock:

You may be able to find a front band from Numrich:
    Numrich Gun Parts Corporation

Good luck on the magazine tube, I'm looking for one of those myself.
