A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Mod.1954 30.06 Brazilian Mauser

I have the same rifle and need a replacement stock for it. It has a crack
at the grip that could be repaired, but I would rather have another of the
same, if possible. The metal is perfect with a beautiful Brazilianicon Crest. I
would accept a Sporterized stock if it would fit. My rifle also has the threaded muzzle and it was for a grenade launcher,or muzzle brake and
Sarco had a muzzle guard at one time for it. Any mauser cover should fit.
The rifle information can be gotten from the 4th edition of "MAUSER Military
Rifles of the World" pages 75 and 76. If you can find out about the availabiity
of either the original type, or another that would fit, please let me know!
