    Just use the length spec'ed in your reloading manual. Personally, I'll batch trim a bunch of brass using the Lee trimmer w/ the cutter and guide held in the drill press. Uniformity is more important than a particular length (just so its not over max.!)

    3.330" works just fine.

    Oops, thought you meant OAL. Most of the reloading manuals give you a case trim-to length.
