    A Canadianicon made Cooey single-shot .22 training rifle model 82 with full military stock and slings loops bearing serial number 5384. Manufactured for the Canadian Government during WW2 these rifles were first introduced in 1930. Features include turn-bolt action with steel frame and 25 inch barrel, comes with open sights as well a disc peep sight, all original as issued, C broad arrow proofmarks are stamped on the bolt, receiver and stock. Condition rates used excellent with a clean bright bore with sharp rifling. A rare find in complete original un-altered conditon. A non-restricted class firearm.

Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle.
