    Where this ammo from?

Hi everybody Im new to this forum and also new to the M1icon Garand, just purchase one a few weeks ago.
Today I was at a gun show and found HXP for $12.00 a box, Also found ammo with en bloc clips, 3 full clips for $10.00. I would like to know if anybody can identify these rounds. The only number I can see is .30 69 on ever round. So if someone knows where this came from I would really appreciate it. Aslo if will be safe to fire in my M1 Garand.
    Thanks
