    No.4 MKII range report

I shot this about a month ago with my 53 No.4 MKII. The shots at the outer edges of the target were with DIZ43 military ball ammo (Warm up shots). The tighter group near the bull is with Federaral Powershok 150g. ammo. These were standing shots, target placed at 100 metres using battle sight.

    This is the rifle below.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Are you a reloader? If yes, than try Hornady 150grs. Interlock with 41,4 grs. of VV N140, CCI BR2, COL. 76,2mm. That gives 5 shot groups out of an Fazarkely LE No.4 MKII 1954, with 32mm at 100 yards. But good shooting for offhand and standing.

    Regards

    Gunner

    100m standing? That's great shooting.
