    C1A1 dust cover

I have a L1A1 about to be welded up as a dewat for my canadian 80's era jeep but first i want to put a C1A1 dust cover on it. All other changes can be made after the dewating.any one know a source for a C1A1 dust cover in Cadada?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. The C1A1 dust cover is unique to FAL. For it has a stripper clip guide. I used one on my C2A2 semi auto build. Gary

Yes I know, sleep with a C1A1 from 1983 till 1987 when I was orderd to give it up and take a C7.
I'm looking for that dust cover so my soon to be dewated L1A1 will look right to the great unwashed at military jeep shows.

C1A1 has nothing to do with FAL. FAL is metric and the other is inch. Try Gun Parts Corp and see if they can help. There are so many versions out there now that you make them in the U.S. you have to be careful what you ask the dealer for. You could try Collector Source or Marstar since I see you are in Canadaicon.
