    Colt 6601 Questions

I recently bought a new 6601 Colt and plan to put the upper on a SP-1 reciever if I can and a buddy of mine wants to buy the lower with all the associated parts. What kind of pins do I need to to put the upper on the SP1 reciever and how much should I sell the lower and it's associated parts for?
