    UMO (Unidentified Military Object)

When I bought my sks (yugo) the guy gave me this muzzle break but did not specifically say if it came with the gun or not. Can anyone tell me if this is for an sks or some other riffle. the numbers are 75- T 4-70 on both the rear and front sight. It is approx 9" long 1" diameter. It does fit on the sks. If it is for an sks does anyone know where its from. Ive tried doing some research but no luck.

I've seen one of those before but I can't remember what exactly it goes on. They're back-up iron sight for something, a Carl G. maybe?

Is it the grenade launcher? Or do they just fit over the muzzle itself?
