    Bayonet ...need some help identifying PLEASE !

    OK, here's a few pictures of this bayonet that my buddy came across while cleaning out his father-in-laws house which had passed away. Just trying to figure out what era we're in and try to get some info on this bayonet. That only marking on it is a star with half circle on the blade at the top, it has a metal sheath & with leather scabbard.

    Any info would be appreciated....Thank You ....Steve

    BAyonet Collection Presentation and follow links on left side to dedicated pages and it is one of the first on the page that comes up. THis page was made up by an Arisakaicon collector and is fairly comprehensive
