    Landsborough gun auction

    The auction was saturday the 23,there were only a few quality pieces.The military surp. were:L.E.#4mk1,L.B. '43,$275
    L.E.#5 #325
    L.E.#8mk1 22lr,$475
    Port.1904 Mauser $175
    1891 Mos.Nag. $100
    1938 Mos.Nag.Carbine with sling,ammo pouch,cleaning kit
    +oiler $250
    Norinco sks $120
    Norinco sksd with 2 extra clips + sling $175
    Sport K98kicon,S 27,1938 mismatched $80

    The best deals were on the boxes of misc. rifle parts which you could have de-sporterized the K98k + a couple of L.E.'s.

    I assume that those were the bid prices, so actual cost would have been bid + 15% buyer's premium + GST + PST, or close to six and a quarter for the No. 8.
