First time at 100 yards with the .22lr

Last week i´ve shot my Anschütz the first time at 100 yards with the Lapua/SK X3 Trainer ammo. I was really happy to see how good the combination Rifle and Ammo worked. Here´s the target, 12 rounds in the bull the3 others a re height and windage adjustment.

    Regards

    Gunner

Very good Gunner! I like to shoot my Marlin model 80 .22 cal. at 100 yards- it separates the men from the boys.

    Hi Pattern14 and duggaboy,

thank you. Yes it is a interesting way to shoot. The next time i will downsize my 300 yards target in Scale and try it at 100 yards with the .22lr as a training exercise. Lets see and find out. Duggaboy, please let me see your target.

    Regards

    Gunner

Great shooting, great rifle and great ammo! Which model Annie are you shooting? .22's are far under-rated in my book. What more can I say?

    aprayinbear,

thank you much! My rifle is an Anschütz Match Modell 54. You´re right, they are really underrated. But we´re knowing that they are good!

    Regards

That's a much better group than I ever shot with irons. Even with optics i'd have a hard time matching this.

  10. Thank You to RobSmith For This Useful Post:
