    Carbine Club Data Sheet

Is there a time limit on filing a data sheet with the club? I have not done one this year (YET) due to limited time. Seems the wife has had too many home improvement projects for me to do. By the way, I recommend not allowing the Home Improvement TV show be broadcast in your local area.

    Harlan, get well soon...........

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Not to my knowledge. Data sheets are always welcome.

I guess when I get back from vacation I should join the m1cc. I have one of two data sheets finished to send in.

    BB,
I had a dozen or more filled out and stashed away in my copy of War Baby........then mis-placed or have lost the book. Some I'll never be able to replace. Next cleaning, I'm plan to fill them out again. The members work so hard to give us correct information.
The more I learn about carbines, the more impressed I am with the knowledge and hard work from members like BrianQ, Chris A and others.
We're very fortunate to be part of this club.

    RM,
It is of my opinion that the cost of 1 years membership is worth one single newsletter.

    Regards,
    Charlie-painter777

I believe it. I have been planning on it for more than a year, but have been too busy, to banged up, or too lazy... I will join, I promise!
