Sorry, I have no idea ....

The chart must have come in via email from someone way back when the article was first created years ago ....

From the font style and look, it appears to be out of some very old book...

Just joined this forum. I have a Siamese Enfield I purchased at auction in 1977 for $100.00. I have one of the very few YouTube videos on this rifle. Hello. I have #5529. The rifle is in "not bad" condition. Stock is very dark, cracked in a couple of spots. The bolt matches the receiver. The English version of the serial number is stamped on the underside of the bolt.
