    WWII CBI - many reference links

    There was a time when a web search would turn up precious little about the FBI* (as Dad and the other vets of the CBI called it). But that has been changed now, much of it through the efforts of one man in tribute to his father who served there. (as did mine). He has rounded up and attached many links to this page, written and received related articles on the subject directly too. Here's the link to it... CHINA-BURMA-INDIA - Remembering the Forgotten Theater of World War II His blog page- more good stuff... CBI Theater

    If you are at all interested in the CBI, these links provide a gold mine of information.

    * FBI= Forgotten Bas---ds of India

    The old CBI 'theater' (of operations) weekly paper the C.B.I. Round Up is available on-line. Go to their homepage here- CBI Roundup - China-Burma-India Theater of World War II You can just click on any issue desired from the list on the left of the homepage. They have other articles of related interest as well. Read the news about the war as it was printed then. It'll be biased, oh yes. But at least it won't be clouded by the pollution of liberalism!

    Back before the "new" CBI Roundup ("Ex-CBI Roundup") went on-line, I had the fortune to inform a veteran of the conflict of it's existance, and he ended up writing a couple of articles for them.
