Your posting is puerile and is of no relevance to Medic´s problem. Still is by no means omniscient and it is beside the point where and when I can or cannot shoot. I would advise Medic to inform the authorities that the P 08 was issued with the stock and I am willing to provide the necessary documentation if and when required.

I feel absolutely certain that the BATF will take your word, but will still caution AF Medic to abide by U.S. law until you can get it changed.

If you can get some good evidence of Germanicon police use like photos and written records nd book citation you can get the ATF to add the appropriate Lugers to the allowed with stock list. It would probably have to be specific ones perhaps 1920 double dated Police marked. Recently some Finnishicon Lugers (but not all) were exempted by the same process.

Have you found the evidence yet? I have approximately 20 Luger reference books starting with Fred Datig in 1955, and going to Görtz and Sturgess in 2010. If you can point out a page reference I would be very appreciative.
