Not sure what year that one was, it may be the one my good friend Charles from Bhama picked up my T shirt from.
He was pictured on the front page of the Carbine Club Newsletter that covered it.. He told me.... "Getting your picture on the Newsletter.... Priceless"
I only wear it when I'm dressing up !
Would love to buy more or atleast another.

    Thanks Rusty,
    Charlie

It worked! I've never tried the attachment option.
    (Cool poster too)

I think it was the 2006 show. I couldn't remember the year, so I checked the date embedded in some photos I took of my son when we drove from Dallas to the 1st Carbine Show in Birmingham.
The show was incredible! (Wall to wall M1icon carbines, but I bought a 1903A3!)

We made a family vacation out of the trip and visited the the stock car museum located at Tallagega, among other places.
I'm not a big NASCAR fan, but the museum full of vintage stock cars there at the track was great!

Year TWO 2007. This was the year Audie and Gen. Bradley's rifle was on display. Harlan did you make all three shows or just the first one that was in the newsletter?

I only made the first show, and it was incredible!

Still, a very long drive from Dallas so I didn't make the next two.
That said, the first show was well worth the drive, even under the circumstances. I'm sure most everyone has seen National Lampoon 'Vacation' - It was something like that!

My family lived in Hoover (just outside Birmingham) and none of us had been there in 30 years. I planned to drive alone, or only with my son, but before it was all said and done I was driving with my son, wife, mother, and her new husband in the vehicle! (The restroom breaks alone were enough to make anyone crazy!)
