I never ask why. Wife afraid of guns? Pay kids college tuition? Lost job, need to buy food?

I really don't care; this is how collectible guns get transferred to the collections of those of us who appreciate them.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. What's a 11B40 or is that a need to know only? Or if you tell me you'll have to kill me HA HA!
I know the Army, or Marines are always talking that way.
In the Air Force we just say " I was a Pilot" or "I'm a Fuel specialist" or in my case I'm a 57150? LOL!
11B was infantry. Typically you were a 11B20 till you made NCO then 11B40. Thanks for your sevice one and all.

Oh sure he is going to shoot it. If you don't you can hear them snubbing and sobbing in their boxes, or at least the ones that don't own one say that.

"Shoot me, shoot me. I want to be someone's truck gun!"

Is the gun Parkerized or ParkerLubrite? Looks like the latter. Stunning gun and package by the way!

If I had that it would have to be pried out of my hands before I'd let it go.

Some folks just 'want that old junk gone' or have no one to leave it to and have medical bills to pay.
