    type 99 cleaning rod

    what is the length of a frist series type 99 cleaning rod with a barrel of 25.5", measured from the muzzle to the face of a closed bolt, and does it have any markings

    I just measured my Series 1 cleaning rod - about 23.5 inches...

    no series thru early 5th series cleaning rods were 23.5 in long.
