Has anyone ever seen this marking on a Johnson before? 'Queen Wilhelmina' crest

Gents, I posted some photos of my new JSAR over at ar15.com and a poster responded by saying that JSARs that actually made it to the Dutch were marked with this crest. I've never heard anything about that, and further, the texture of the metal between the crest and the nomenclature on the receiver looks 'interesting.' I'm no expert, but I'm hoping some could chime in on this. Thanks.

It looks to have been re-attached after de milling. I wonder. Never heard about welded Johnsons. The crest makes sense but it's the first one I've seen too.

There are variations to the crest some being photo engraved to increase the value to the new collectors. You need some solid documentation and serial number ranges to prove the crest is not fake - and I would be suprised if you found it !
