    Type 99 parts questions

    Hey all,
I picked up a Type 99 Series 21 Kokura today from a local store. It is missing the upper hand-guard, rear sling mount, and the mono pod. Do you have any recommendations as to where I may be able to locate these parts? Thanks in advance

    Jon

Numrich will be able to supply some of the parts you need - Numrich Gun Parts Corp. - The World's Largest Supplier of Firearms Parts and Accessories
    - they have reproduction monopods, which are probably your best bet in finding one. Originals don't come along often....

There's always eBay, Gunbroker and Auction Arms..... or you could try the dedicated Japaneseicon Trading Boards over at Gunboards - Japanese Trader Board

Handguard and middle band will be easy to find. Mono Pod when found will close to $200, I would forget that.
